Logging in for the first time

Follow the instructions on each screen to complete this one-time enrollment.

Your User ID is your six digit Cedar Point account number. For some of our members who have been with Cedar Point for many years may have shorter account numbers.

You will receive your password for the initial log-in by email, but you will need to change it when you log in for the first time and every six months thereafter.

Passwords must include at least-- 
  •  A CAPITAL LETTER
  • lower case letter
  • a numb3r
In addition, passwords cannot include—
  • Your account number
  • Your name
  • Your Social Security number
  • Your address
  •  A series of characters (1234 or abcd)
  • The same character repeated (####)

Choose an image and text phrase. You can accept the image shown, or you can click "Change Image" to select a different image.
You can change your security image anytime after you enroll.

Select any of the images from six different categories or browse through them all*

*There are over 30,000 images available to you. They are displayed at random.
If you see something you like, grab it. You may never find it again!

 

After you've chosen an image, enter a security phrase between 6 and 30 characters.

Next, select three challenge questions and answers.
Challenge questions are used to verify your identity when the system detects a questionable login attempt.
You can change your challenge questions and answers after you enroll.

Complete these steps and click the "Next" button.
You will have the option to confirm or change your choice on the next screen.
Once you have confirmed your choices you will be directed to the Account Summary screen.
