BILL PAYING AGREEMENT
This is your bill paying agreement with Cedar Point Federal Credit Union. You may use Cedar Point Federal Credit Union bill paying service, PCUPay, to direct Cedar Point Federal Credit Union to make payments from your share draft (checking account) to the merchants you choose in accordance with this agreement. By enrolling in PCUPay, you the credit union member hereby authorize the credit union to make payments on your behalf by debiting your designated account and transferring the funds to the designated merchant accounts as designated by you via internet PCUPay. The terms and conditions of this agreement are in addition to the account agreements, disclosures and other documents in effect from time to time governing your account.
"You" or "your" means each person who signs the bill paying enrollment form or is otherwise authorized to use the service. "Merchant" means anyone, including the Credit Union, you designate and the Credit Union accepts as a payee.

HOW TO SET UP MERCHANTS/PAYMENTS
Complete bill paying enrollment by clicking on the Enroll button within Billpayer section of PCU, reading and accepting the product and fee disclosures, selecting your share draft suffix, and clicking enroll.. Most other additions, deletions, or changes can be made by using the service within PCU. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse the designation of a merchant for any reason. Each merchant will require approval which may take up to 4 business days. Once a merchant is accepted/approved the status will update to indicate 'Active" and then can then be used to make payments. The Credit Union is not liable if a bill payment can not be made due to incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information provided by you regarding a merchant or if you attempt to pay a merchant that is not on your active payee list.
