Stop by any branch office. Our Member Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. Please bring a valid state issued photo ID, your Social Security number and a deposit of $25.00. This $25.00 is your "share" in the credit union. It must stay in your account, but is yours to take if you should ever choose to close your account.

Once you have done this, you can fill out the membership application and sign it in the presence of a notary public. Any form not signed in the presence of a Cedar Point employee must be notarized. Please fill in all required fields on the membership application. If you are mailing your membership application please include a photocopy of your valid state issued photo id, your social security card and your check or money order for a minimum initial deposit of $25.00.
