Notary Services

Notary Services are available Monday - Friday at all offices and on Saturday at the Headquarters Office. We also offer signature guarantees. Notary services are free to our members up to two items or signatures. If you have more documents there is a fee of $2.00 per item with a $5 maximum.

Cedar Point Notaries may not notarize the following:

  • Any documents for non-members
  • Wills or Codicils
  • Mortgage documents originating from another lender
  • Deeds of Trust
  • "True copies"

Members of Benefits Plus do not pay any notary fees.
