What to Prepare When Applying

When applying for a mortgage loan, there are often quite a few documents required from a borrower. Required items may encompass paystubs, State and Federal Tax Returns, W-2 forms, the property deed, and more. For your first meeting with our mortgage team, it is customary to bring a valid photo ID, and subsequent meetings will be scheduled to gather all the necessary paperwork.
