Important Information Regarding Your Mortgage Tax Documents

Our “Closer to Home” project, completed last October, improved our ability to handle your accounts directly and to offer more personalized solutions. You were previously notified that if your mortgage was originated prior to October 2, 2025, you may receive a 1098 tax document from our previous mortgage servicer, Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI), and a second from Cedar Point Federal Credit Union®. 

If you have digital delivery selected for your documents and notices, you received an email from us today, letting you know that your 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement was available in Digital Banking. If you viewed the 1098, please note that it reports the total amount of interest you paid in 2025, including the amount stated on the 1098 you received from DMI. 

If you downloaded this document before January 23, 2026, please disregard it, as the information is inaccurate. The document has been removed from the portal while we process an updated document. We will reissue an updated version of this document before January 31, 2026.
