Important Information Regarding Your Mortgage Tax Documents

Our “Closer to Home” project, completed last October, improved our ability to handle your accounts directly and to offer more personalized solutions. You were previously notified that if your mortgage was originated prior to October 2, 2025, you may receive a 1098 tax document from our previous mortgage servicer, Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (DMI), and a second from Cedar Point Federal Credit Union®. 

If you have digital delivery selected for your documents and notices, this document is available in your digital banking portal. This document was also mailed to you in January 2026.
