What to Prepare
Be sure to bring identification when coming in to apply. If you've got a specific car in mind, bring along the VIN number, make, and model. For pre-owned vehicles, record the mileage. For refinancing your vehicle, we'll need a copy of the title or registration, proof of insurance, and the vehicle options in addition to the VIN, make, model and mileage.
Remember that new vehicles are still considered new for the first 6 months from your original loan date. So if your new auto loan is still in that 6-month range, you can qualify to refinance at a new car rate! This applies to vehicles that are considered new when purchased at the dealership.
