2026 Scholarship Recipients

To further our mission of making a meaningful impact on the lives of our community members, Cedar Point and Cedar Point Financial Services offer ten scholarships to graduating seniors residing in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties.

These scholarships are available through the St. Mary’s County Business, Education, and Community Alliance (BECA) Common Scholarship Application, the Calvert Local Scholarship Application (CLSA), and the Charles County Scholarship Fund, Inc. Below are this year's recipients:

2026 Scholarship Recipients

St. Mary's County

  • Spark Scholarship Recipient  - Tatianna Williams, Chopticon High School 
  • Vibrant Vision Scholarship Recipient - Owen Chew, Leonardtown High School
  • Visionary Scholarship Recipient - Kendall Wathen, Leonardtown High School 
  • Robert Clements Memorial Scholarship Recipient - Evan Adams, Leonardtown High School 

Calvert County

  • Beacon Scholarship Recipient - Hunter Simpson, Calvert High School
  • Bright Future Scholarship Recipient - Samantha Potter, Calvert High School
  • Future Leader Scholarship Recipient - Katelyn Jackson, Huntingtown High School

Charles County

  • Journey in Excellence Scholarship Recipient - Roman Curtis, North Point High School 
  • Horizon Seeker Scholarship Recipient - Adeyosola Odubiyi, North Point High School
  • Infinite Potential Scholarship Recipient - Imani Spencer, Westlake High School

These final ten students were chosen out of a pool of hundreds of applicants and have outstanding achievements in and out of the classroom. Their impeccable scholarship, leadership, and citizenship helped them stand out. Cedar Point is honored to have such well-rounded recipients and looks forward to the amazing things they will do.
